1. Data We Collect

When you use SRT Camera, we collect:

• Account information: name, email address, hashed password
• Billing information: processed and stored securely by Stripe — we never store card details
• Stream logs: start time, duration, resolution, bitrate, bytes transferred
• Usage data: monthly streaming hours per account

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and manage your account and subscription
• To send transactional emails (verification, billing, password reset)
• To enforce plan limits and monitor service usage
• To improve the service

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored on servers located in the EU. We use SQLite for user and session data. Stream data is retained for 90 days and then automatically deleted.

4. Third-Party Services

• Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Let's Encrypt — SSL certificate provider.

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie (HttpOnly, Secure) to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To request data deletion, contact us at srt@streamdev.gr. We will process your request within 30 days.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 7 days. Billing records may be retained for legal compliance for up to 7 years.

8. Security

We use bcrypt password hashing, HTTPS-only connections, and HttpOnly session cookies. We do not store plaintext passwords or payment card data.
