By creating an account and using SRT Camera ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

SRT Camera is a web-based live streaming platform that allows users to stream video from their devices using the SRT protocol. The Service requires an active paid subscription to access streaming features.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service is billed monthly at €10/month. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to stream illegal content, infringe on copyrights, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime or interruptions.

7. Data and Privacy

We collect only the data necessary to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
